Tasting Notes: Walden

Wood notes come to the fore with a lingering note of nuts coming soon after; evolves gradually into a hint of dried fruit at the end. While each flavor is independent of the other they culminate in a dry, albeit enjoyable pairing.

Pair with Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon and serve along side a sirloin steak with fresh greens and fruit.
